Strengths Utilised

Workshop Facilitation
I needed to demonstrate effective communication whilst being able to distill and convey complex topics.
Open-Mindedness
When dealing with creative briefs there are no right or wrong answers and thus the ability to remain open is incredibly important.
Leadership
Through my experiences as a tutor, when working in a setting such as in a class or a workshop it is important to create an environment where you can have a dynamic relationship with the participants.

I was involved in the co-design and co-facilitation of a Design Thinking workshop run by the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation for the Catholic Education Office. This workshop was aimed at guiding high school teachers through the Design Thinking process in order to bring innovative thinking into high schools and get students broadening their skillsets early. The Sydney Partnership for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) was brought in as an Industry Partner to provide a creative brief that the teachers could apply this thinking to.

The workshop emulated the experience of working on creative briefs in the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation, where groups of university students from every faculty out of the University of Technology Sydney would work together on complex problems.
